Strawberries Continental

This is an elegant way to climax a fine meal or just make a very effective luncheon dessert. These are two ways, so take your choice:

Serve each guest a small dish of powdered sugar, a time glass of food red wine and a serving of fresh strawberries. (If you want to be really elegant, get strawberries with stems on.) The guest serves himself by holding the strawberry by the cap, dipping it first in the wine, then the sugar and eating with the fingers.

Follow the same procedure but serve dairy sour cream and brown sugar.
