| Blended with unspecified amounts of Grenache and Syrah, this wine is richly colored, with the aroma of mixed berries. It's texture is full-bodied and its flavor is a robust mixture of berries and undercurrents of pepper. With just a hint of oak, and muted tannins, the wine is soft on the palate. It should pair nicely with foods such as grilled meats and spicy selections, such as Thai or Indian foods. Ready to drink now, it should age well for about 5 years, if correctly stored. |
