Raspberry Delights

For raspberry parfait: Alternate layers of lemon sherbet, crushed sugar wafers and crushed raspberries. Top with whipped cream and a whole raspberry.

 

BUSCHETTA DOLCE AI LAMPONI
(Dessert Bruschetta with Raspberries)

12   slices italian bread, about 1/2
           inch thick
2/3 cup mascarpone or cream cheese,
           softened
2     tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1      pint fresh raspberries

Lightly toast or grill bread slices. While still warm, spread with cheese. Drizzle with honey and top with raspberries.
