Lattice Berry Pie
Wash berries, drain well and remove stems or hulls. Mix sugar and flour together and mix lightly through the berries. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Roll out the rest of the pastry, cut into strips and make a lattice top crust over the berries. Bake in a hot 425 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes until crust is golden brown. |
