Frozen Banana Sticks

Kids really love these! Just peel bananas, leave whole or cut in half. Insert wooden skewers in ends of bananas, dip in sour cream, and then add in either chopped nuts, grated or toasted coconut, or chocolate shot. Or mix all three together if you like! Freeze immediately. As soon as they are completely frozen, remove and wrap each one in foil.  Return to the freezer.
