Apricot Cream Tarts Bake tart shells from your favorite pie crust recipe, adding a teaspoon of grated orange peel to the flour. Prepare a package of vanilla pudding mix, lightly fold in 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped. Chill. Put an apricot half on the bottom of each tart shell. Fill with pudding mixture, top with another apricot half. |
